1. Acceptance of Terms

- By using our Platform, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, you cannot use our services.

2. Eligibility

- You must be at least 12 years old and able to legally contract under Indian law. Minors must use the service through a guardian.

3. Hardware Warranty

- The hardware warranty is valid for 1 year, including replacement. The warranty is void if the sticker is broken, or the device is damaged or short-circuited, in which case the customer will be responsible for the damage.

4. Internet Requirement

- You must provide a strong Wi-Fi signal and 24×7 internet for each machine.

5. Payment Terms

- Full payment is required at booking or before installation. After 1 year, an annual fee of Rs 700 per machine applies for data management.

6. Service Charges Post-Warranty

- After 1 year, a Rs. 500 visit charge and additional repair costs will apply based on the fault.

7. Service Hours

- Service is available from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM on working days, with a goal to resolve issues within 48 hours.

8. Additional Features

- Any additional functionality requested is subject to feasibility, time, and extra charges.

9. Complimentary Software

- Complimentary software must be used within 3 months, or it will be forfeited.

10. Data Storage During Internet Loss

- The device can save data for up to 3 days without internet. After that, the oldest data will be erased first.

11. No Refunds

- Devices once sold will not be taken back or refunded.

12. Invoice Consistency

- The final bill will match the provided quotation with no changes post-agreement.
